There are many methods used to solve drainage problems. In many cases, a trench is cut into the soil where a perforated pipe is positioned to capture seeping water and move it away from the problem area. This technique can be used in conjunction with grading improvements to your landscape which will aid in guiding runoff away from your house or structure.
